Meet Jesus Palomino, also known as Bellaco
Jesus was born in Montecristo, Colombia. He didn’t choose kitesurfing, kitesurfing chose him. While studying at university, he started working as a beach assistant at a local kite school in Cartagena. From there, everything changed.

 

He became a kite instructor, then school manager in Cabo de la Vela, until a friend pushed him to “explore the world.”

Portugal, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Italy, Turkey, Brazil…

 

What makes him different?

Bellaco has an eye for detail.

He sees what you need, sometimes before you do (no, actually always, haha).

Instead of shouting instructions from the beach, he often gets on the water with you, brings back your board, demonstrates the move, and gives you feedback in the exact moment you need it.

In just one hour, you can make huge progress.

 

His coaching style?

Calm. Patient. Motivating.

(not what you would expect of a typical Colombian, isn't it?)
